Student Affairs Office (Youth League Committee)

I. Job Responsibilities

Formulate and implement the College's undergraduate ideological and political education plan, monitor student ideological trends, and organize various initiatives for student ideological cultivation.

Oversee the development of student Party membership and the construction of undergraduate Party branches.

Manage daily undergraduate student affairs, safety, and stability. Handle disciplinary actions against rule‑violating students, and organize the evaluation and disbursement of scholarships and financial aid at all levels.

Guide undergraduate academic development, select academic assistant tutors, identify and support students with academic difficulties.

Provide financial assistance to students from disadvantaged backgrounds, and administer national student loans, hardship subsidies, and work‑study programs.

Lead the College's Youth League and student organization development, member education, campus cultural activities, volunteer services, and social practice.

Coordinate undergraduate mental health education.

Support undergraduate employment and entrepreneurship initiatives.
