I. Job Responsibilities
1. Graduate Admission Management
Responsible for formulating admission plans and detailed rules for admission work; organizing various types of admission re-examinations, including master-doctor combined programs, direct Ph.D. candidates, recommended exemption students, engineering master/Ph.D. candidates, Ph.D.
admission review system, and unified examination re-examinations; and carrying out admission and publicity work.
2. Graduate Academic Affairs Management
Organizing the formulation and revision of graduate training programs for all disciplines; responsible for academic affairs such as course scheduling, course selection, grade management, teacher workload verification, and textbook selection.
3. Graduate Training and Quality Management
Responsible for graduate curriculum development, textbook construction, teaching research and reform, case database construction, training
practice base construction, management of off-campus co-supervisors, evaluation of graduate academic performance scholarships, innovative
practice activities, electronic image information collection for academic credentials, Ph.D. student diversion and exit work, policy formulation and
implementation for all key links of training, and graduate supervisor changes.
4. Graduate Degree and Supervisor Management
Responsible for graduate degree applications and defenses, graduate student diversion, selection of graduate supervisors, academic atmosphere
construction, organization and re-election of the Academic Degree Evaluation Committee, degree conferral, and other degree-related work.
