I. Job Responsibilities

  1. Under the arrangement and authorization of the School, coordinate the work connections among all administrative departments and
    departments/institutes of the School, promptly coordinate and solve problems arising in work progress, and ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the School's administrative work.
  2. Responsible for organizing and providing meeting support for the School's Party and Government Joint Meetings and the Academic
    Committee, and supervising the deployment and implementation of meeting resolutions and important decisions.
  3. Responsible for handling the School's daily administrative affairs, coordinating and advancing major matters and large-scale activities of the
    School, and undertaking external liaison, visitor reception and other related work.
  4. Responsible for drafting, revising and improving important administrative documents, work reports, work summaries and other materials of
    the School.
  5. Responsible for the management of the School's administrative official documents, including document receiving and dispatching,
    registration, circulation, review, archiving and destruction.
  6. Responsible for the unified management, standardized use and registration filing of the School's seals and introduction letters, to prevent
    risks in seal use.
  7. Responsible for comprehensive statistics, information submission, archives management, telecommunications support and other work of the School.
  8. Responsible for the School's personnel-related work, including recruitment, professional title evaluation and appointment, annual
    assessment, employment period assessment, mid-term tenure assessment, "Lixin" assessment, attendance management, personnel system
    maintenance, faculty physical examinations and other related contents.
  9. Responsible for the School's trade union-related work, including organizing cultural and sports activities, welfare statistics and distribution,
    faculty condolences and other related contents.
  10. Responsible for the School's finance and funding-related work.
  11. Responsible for the School's logistics support and fire safety-related work.
  12. Responsible for the School's network information construction and website maintenance, and assisting in solving problems encountered by
    faculty in using the network.
  13. Responsible for the School's adult education-related work.
  14. Responsible for the daily management, maintenance and use coordination of the School's exhibition hall.
  15. Complete other tasks assigned by higher-level functional departments and the School's leadership.
